Rather than operating as a loose collection of contractors, each division works from shared standards and shared accountability — so a client can bring us one problem and leave with one point of contact, however many disciplines it touches.
That same philosophy now extends into software: the platforms our divisions once ran on spreadsheets and paper are becoming products in their own right, built by our own team and licensed to other businesses, churches and professionals who face the same problems our clients did.
Today we coordinate six specialist divisions from one accountable head office — AlphaCon Creative Studio, AlphaCon Digital, Alpha Faith, AlphaCon Eng, BizSupport and AlphaCon Property Services — plus our own suite of SaaS platforms.
